Position Profile: Sr. Sourcing Analyst – Andersen Corporation

kp prime search, the retained search division of kpCompanies is leading the search for a accomplished, driven, and collaborative Senior Sourcing Analyst (Direct Materials) that supports all three divisions of the company.  This Senior Sourcing Analyst will be working collaboratively with Suppliers, Operations, Business Teams and Product Teams to support direct material supplier accounts and own relationships for a select group of suppliers. This role will contribute to Andersen’s profitability and growth.

Your priorities in this position will be:

  • Define and execute commodity strategies that align with critical business requirements

  • Communicate with and present to all levels of internal and external organizations

  • Develop strong collaborative partnerships with people in multiple functions drive to common objectives

  • Develop and actively manage new and strategic supplier relationships to create trust, common goals and deliver business results

  • Engage in continuous improvement, innovation and problem solving

  • Leverage market dynamics, business analytics, industry knowledge and available research

  • Negotiate agreements that address terms and conditions, supply continuity, sustainability, quality requirements, costs, service levels and product development

  • Utilize measurement systems and reporting to identify business drivers, manage suppliers’ performance and identify “grow”, “maintain”, or “exit” status for suppliers

  • Participate in cross-functional product and business teams

  • Involve suppliers early to achieve performance goals, support project timelines, and manage target cost                                              

Qualifications

  • Proven success as an Analyst with total cost and account management experience

  • Proactive leader who creates energy, inspires people, and lives integrity

  • Understanding of procurement, quoting, contract management and negotiating strategies

  • Strong business literacy and understanding of financials

  • Experience creating a vision and project plans to achieve goals

  • Ability to identify problems, listen, remove barriers, and influence others

  • Ability to collaborate with others, resolve conflict, and motivate a variety of people

  • Required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field

Compensation:  Min: $90,353; Mid: $115,200; Max: $140,047
