POSITION PROFILE: Sr. Business Analyst

kp prime search, the retained search division of kpCompanies is leading the search for an analytical, visionary, & self-starter Functional expert needed. This role  is Responsible for analytics and insights that optimize marketing RIO and fuel lead generation growth. This role uses data to drive actionable business behavior.  It supports data collection, transformation, the design of business intelligence tools and serves as the primary analyst for a variety of marketing analytics.

Your priorities in this position will be:

  • Conduct marketing research, reporting and analysis for management that drives better business decisions and optimizes RIO on marketing spend

  • Collect, architect, and analyze customer and dwelling data to unearth insights and provide market segment share and opportunity information in consumable BI user interface

  • Connect disparate data sources internally and/or partner with external vendors for multitouch attribution modeling to optimize mix spending

  • Partner with Marketing and IT on data and analytics projects such as data management platform (DMP), lead scoring, and customer segmentation

  • Support marketing leaders on digital strategies

  • Design business intelligence applications from data to actionable insight

  • Commercialize business intelligence tools with business partners, including retail business leaders across the U.S.

  • Maintain support of current marketing business intelligence applications

  • impact, and to promote the sale of it goods and services; serve as the organization’s chief spokesperson with the media

  • Propose annual performance goals and a balanced budget for review and adoption by the board; ensure that performance and financial goals approved by the board are met.

  • Provide quality leadership and supervision for the Vice President of Support Services, Vice President of Business Development, the Chief Financial Officer; and any other staff that may report directly to 

 

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related quantitative field

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as analyst in marketing field

  • Project management experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with SQL, or query language

  • Experience in developing marketing tools, metrics, and reporting

  • Experience in developing with Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tool

  • Experience with connecting disparate data sources

  • MBA or Business Intelligence certification (Preferred)

  • Experience with Python, R, SAS or programming language (Preferred)

  • Experience with Salesforce (Preferred)

Salary: $100,000 -120,000
