DESCRIPTION.


Are you motivated by working with a high performing team in a face paced environment?    Minneapolis Area REALTORS® Program Coordinators provide REALTORS and Brokers with a wide variety of programs and classes they need to improve their business. Classes include everything from “Code of Ethics” to “Racism in Real Estate”. Coordinators facilitate high quality programs and maintain records in multiple systems.  This is a job for someone who loves organization.  A typical day will have you preparing program packets, talking to instructors, and updating records in a database.  Join a team that inspires delight in our members through outstanding programming.  

 

This position works as part of a Member Engagement team and reports to the Member Programs Manager. We are a values-driven and learning organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service (40%)

  • Facilitate program delivery in virtual, in-person and hybrid environments. Friendly, calm, professional demeanor. This will require travel within the five-county area MAR services.

  • Support members by providing professional, accurate and timely response to inquiries and by ensuring an inclusive environment conducive to learning.  

Administration (60%)

  • Maintain and reference records in Client Relationship Management system (RAMCO), National REALTOR Database System (NRDS), and MN Department of Commerce

  • Work with brokerages, and state and local level organizations

 

Participate as a MAR team member

  • Share ideas about how to improve our service delivery

  • Contribute to a sense of team across the organization.  



 

QUALIFICATIONS 

 

Minimum

  • A valid MN Drivers license, reliable transportation, and an insured vehicle

  • At least 2 years administrative or project management experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast paced environment

  • Strong customer centric orientation.

  • Organized and detail oriented.

  • Comfortable talking to groups

  • Technology skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook)

    • Prior experience with a CRM

 

Prefer candidates with experience in:

  • Residential real estate industry

  • Proficient with Zoom Webinar and Meetings

TOTAL REWARDS

Annual salary $42,000 with a Total Rewards package including medica/dental insurance, PTO, sick leave, paid holidays, long term disability, short term disability and 401(k).
